Scholarship Application

• Central Church’s Child Care scholarship program is limited to the first ten families to apply
• A discount of $120 PER MONTH, PER CHILD is available off of your current childcare expense
• There is NO LIMIT to the number of children eligible to receive the discount
• Church attendance: A parent or parents, must attend (3) Sundays per month to qualify
• Attendance tracking will be via scanning a QR code and filling out a small form upon entering the church sanctuary
• Payment credit will be posted at month end by Central Child Care accounting
